Items are shipped out of the warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

SHIPPING: Outside Continental US - Ship to Location: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico have to go Air Mail. They can not be shipped UPS Ground.

* Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced, repaired, or credited

* Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.

* For fast service please attach a copy of your invoice with your return.

Delivery Times:

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as we can! Please understand that most of the products that we sell are, by default, heavy or bulky. As a result, delivery times will usually take a bit longer than standard sized shipments. For most items (unless otherwise stated) please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

We make every effort to keep our products in stock for fast shipment. However, if an item is temporarily unavailable or on backorder, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We try to use UPS or FedEx for faster delivery times. Many of our larger items, however, will have to be shipped via freight truck and can take longer for final delivery.
